Experiment with creating new beliefs
It’s one thing to know how to instill new beliefs and quite another to actually do it. Let’s see if I can do it. I have tried to do many things in life using self-discipline and will power but that’s because I actually believed that I had to use discipline in order to achieve those goals.
What if I had believed that it was very easy to achieve those goals, would that have been any different? That’s what I am going to find out.
Hardest thing for me right now is to give up tea and/or coffee. I drink 6-7 large cups of tea or coffee daily. I love it. I actually enjoy drinking tea and/or coffee. Such is my culture. Whenever I go to anyone’s house, I am given tea along with some snacks. So, giving it up is not only hard but the cultural pressure makes it harder. If I refuse to have tea at someone’s house, I might offend them. So, there are a lot of obstacles in giving up especially tea.
So, what better thing to give up than caffeine?
I can not even stay one day without tea/coffee.
