Lack of self-discipline is evident everywhere we look. Now why is that? People in general are very nice and hard working but why is it that when it comes to discipline, there are not many people who seemed to have a strong foundation of it?

How it all started

It all started with bodybuilding and reading about Arnold Schwarzenegger in 1988. I read his books with so much concentration that I could have burned a hole through the books. Procrastinating

How to write my first post?
I was feeling quite overwhelmed as to what to do. I wanted to write the kind of stuff that would be timeless and people would read it even fifty years from now. I just did not realize that I was putting a lot of pressure on myself. I felt like in order to write really good content, I should be spending a lot of time in research and writing. I wanted every single post to be perfect. And that got me stuck in the procrastination cycle.
